Oscar Waldan, who established Waldan International in 1979,
is famous for resuscitating the chronograph business in Switzerland.
Waldan International produces only 18k gold and platinum watches. Our gold has
been specially mixed for us. The color is distinct: neither yellow nor pink.
We call it Waldan Color Gold.
Our cases are massive with screw-down backs. All movements are the highest grade
and C.O.S.C. chronometre certified, with
the exception of our Retro models. Our dials are 18k gold applied, and we use
contoured sapphire crystals only.
Alligator straps with heavy 18k buckles are standard on all models. Optionally,
18k deployant buckles and fitted 18k bracelets are available. Bracelets feature
adjustable screws and deployment buckles.
All Waldan watches are produced in limited quantities.

component of our watches in Switzerland and we distribute directly from our offices
here in New York. Therefore, we don’t have the added expense of middlemen

capitalizing their own businesses.
